Shipping/Returns

The shipping takes about 2- 3 weeks. I ship the item within 3-5 working days after receiving payment.

1. Please, check if your address is correct. If you want us to send your parcel into another address contact us.

2. Arrival time depends of your location. Usually shipping takes 2-4 weeks. For China, Russia, Brazil, USA, India about 3-8 weeks. We can’t guarantee exact time of delivery.

3. Orders with multiply items are packed in one box. If you have some special requests for packing contact us.

4. We aren’t responsible for customs or any other fees that can arise during importing items to your country.

5. Australia post Parcel tracking to destinations outside Australia is not possible with the standard service. Should you wish to be able to track your package after it has left Australia, please contact me prior to purchasing to discuss as a premium parcel service to allow international tracking incurs additional costs as is a premium service.

Why LUXURY TIARAS shop does not accept returns and exchanges?

Because in the Bridal Industry, due to the delicate nature of Handmade wedding accessories a final sale, no refund, cancellation, or exchange policy is necessary.

All subtleties with the shipment of an item will be observed for my part, I guarantee a careful packaging of wedding ornaments to avoid any damage during the transportation process.

Can I get a refund if my parcel is lost or delayed in Customs Clearance?

LUXURY TIARAS shop will not refund or accept a return of goods, also we will not be responsible for missed delivery dates related to and including customs delays,postal delays, postal loss,parcel refusal. Also the event of Undeliverable parcels returned to LUXURY TIARAS shop due to incorrect addresses being given at time of order.
